Questionnaire

4/8/16

With the next main racing coverage being the York Ebor Meeting and my main interest in the Olympics coming in the second week of the Rio games, it will be a relatively quiet next 5-6 days with regards to website content, though the Olympic golf and tennis events will be uploaded in the next few days. I know that Carl is particularly keen on one bet in the Women’s event but wants to see the draw first which takes place at 3.00 p.m. today.

Therefore I hope that All-Inclusive members have the opportunity to find time to take in the questionnaire that I emailed you on Thursday afternoon asking for your views on all 19 areas that service covers. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam filter, and if you still didn’t receive it then please drop me a message.

The initial replies make for interesting reading. For example, Golf is scoring right up with the horseracing coverage which surprised me and there is no middle ground on Eurovision where the vast majority of marks have been for 5/5 (must keep) or 1/5 (no interest whatsoever). As a ‘love it or hate it event’, that didn’t surprise me at all however. The overall marks will help me decide what to include in the All-Inclusive Service ahead of when the jumps season starts to really crank up. I imagine that there will be some tinkerings.

After a week off as the Shergar Cup holds zero interest to me, Ante-Post Focus will return next Wednesday with a first look at the Ebor Meeting. I’m kicking myself a bit for not going with Dancing Star when she was 10/1 when I initially looked at the Stewards’ Cup thinking that she might be balloted out and, if she did get in then the price might hold up, but I hope that some of you got on at some point having trumped her up again in the on-the-day race preview. Unfortunately, my ante-post recommendation of Toofi had no chance after the draw was made.

After a profitable Euro 2016, Football has also scored highly so far on the questionnaire and in the latter half of next week I will cover the Premier League outright betting. I think I’ll also start to offer three Premier League recommendations for each weekend on Fridays and see how we go with that. I won’t be going into reams for arguing the case for each individual-match recommendation as I think football betting is more of a ‘feel thing’ as the odds for each game are pretty much correct.
